Donna was great during our house buying process, and she was even upfront with us letting us know it was a seller's market at the time, so we knew what type of market we were walking in to. My wife and I would strongly recommend Donna and if/when we decide to sell and buy again, we would no doubt bring her on as our realtor once again. It's been 4 years and we still keep in touch with Donna via text or her holiday cards. Even after we "stood her up" initially, because I texted the wrong number to cancel an appointment, she was understanding and professional which went a long way and led to us contacting her later on when we were ready to begin our search once again.
